Pathways to Flourish: A Six-Week Parenting Course for Greater Connection, Confidence and Compassion. In person or online.

A six-week attachment- and trauma-informed parenting course for parents who want to better understand their child's behaviour, feel more confident setting limits, support big emotions and create greater connection and cooperation at home.

Pathways to Flourish offers a compassionate alternative to traditional behaviour management. Rather than focusing simply on how to stop difficult behaviour, we explore what may be happening underneath it, while giving parents practical tools they can use in everyday family life.

Available in person in Sussex and online, the course is suitable for individual parents and couples and can also be delivered for schools, organisations, NCT groups and parenting groups.

Each 90-minute session offers a safe and supportive space to share and reflect, alongside practical activities and a toolkit to take away each week. The course brings together attachment- and trauma-informed approaches to help parents understand behaviour, strengthen relationships and feel more confident in difficult moments.
